Delivery Areas: We currently ship across South Africa. For international orders, please contact us before purchasing.

3. Order Tracking

4. Pre-orders & Custom Items

Some items may be listed as pre-order or custom products. These will have a longer lead time, clearly stated on the product page.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. Email us at assistant@resonatehub.org with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

6. Out of Stock Items
