SHOPPING POLICY – Resonate Hub Store

At Resonate Hub, we are committed to offering a smooth, secure, and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our shopping policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details when your order is dispatched.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you promptly in such cases.


2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Areas: We currently ship across South Africa. For international orders, please contact us before purchasing.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Typically takes 2–4 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping Partners: We work with reliable courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout and based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.


3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS (depending on the details you provided).

  • If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us at assistant@resonatehub.org.


4. Pre-orders & Custom Items

  • Some items may be listed as pre-order or custom products. These will have a longer lead time, clearly stated on the product page.

  • You will be notified as soon as the item is ready for delivery.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. Email us at assistant@resonatehub.org with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


6. Out of Stock Items

  • If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative, a refund, or let you know when the product will be restocked.

All transactions are processed securely, and we never store your payment details.
